CRUISE PASSENGERS

Cruise Ship pick-up and drop-off services are available upon special request, at additional cost.

  • Pick up or drop off fees will be added to the price of the tour, but do not extend the length of time guests are in the carriage. Our pricing works much like a limousine service in that we charge for the time our carriage is away from our sightseeing stand.
  • We recommend that guests allow 60 minutes to disembark the ship, as a gauge to what time to book your tour. Late arrival to the carriage will result in less time in the carriage as the carriages must keep to schedule (be back on time).
  • An alternate option to a cruise pick up or drop off is to come to our sightseeing stand, which is about a 25-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal through a lovely neighborhood, or there are always pedi-cabs, rickshaw runners, or taxis at the terminal that can bring you to us. A taxi is about a 10-minute drive to us.
  • Our sightseeing stand is located alongside Victoria’s beautiful inner harbor, so guests are ideally situated to walk the inner harbor, see the Parliament Buildings, etc., after your tour.
  • We often sell out early when cruise ships are in town, so highly recommend a reservation.
  • Cancellations must be received 24 hours ahead of the booked tour time in order to receive a full refund. If the ship has a late arrival, guests are asked to call us so we can make alternate arrangements for their tour.  If the ship is simply unable to dock for any reason, we will provide a full refund.

To add cruise services to your resevation, please either email us at tallyho@tallyhotours.com, or call our reservations line at 1-866-383-5067.
