Belgian gelding born 2012. Tater (aka Tater-Tot) is our sweet, steady, and ever-willing newest addition to the farm. Originally from Alberta, he joined our farm in January 2026 and has been settling in beautifully ever since. He brings with him not only strength and presence, but a kind, thoughtful soul that shines through in everything he does.
From day one, he’s taken everything in stride and has flown through his training with confidence and curiosity. He carries himself with a calm, relaxed demeanor and a soft expression, always showing off his steady work ethic and willingness to please.
When he’s not working, you’ll most often find him happily spending time with his favourite friends, Jerry and Clay, soaking up the simple joys of good company. With his easygoing attitude, big draft-horse charm, and love for his herd, we are so excited to see what the 2026 summer season brings for his continued training and growth. We know he’s going to be a favorite wherever he goes.
